Nick Roberts, President of Socitm and IT Group Manager for Surrey County Council, explains the steps local government is taking to address outstanding key issues inhibiting the use of the Public Services Network (PSN).

Roberts was addressing last week's PSN summit organised by Cabinet Office and suppliers association PSNGB.
