Public Sector: Smart Working
Smart working deserves our attention. Integrating smarter working into the public sector has wide-ranging benefits including greater business efficiency, increased work-life balance and an empowered workforce that can work in innovative ways. In fact, The Government Estate Strategy has put an obligation on all departments and their executive agencies to implement smarter working by the end of 2022, with 70% doing this by the end of 2020.
However, 2020 has challenged us to think about how we approach flexible, remote working that utilises the latest tools and technologies. Let's discover how we can improve for the future.
This year's summit takes place online. This is so we can provide a safe environment for colleagues and peers to explore new opportunities and address key issues from the safety of homes and offices.
