Technology could also be deployed in other areas, such as domestic abuse and offender management

Lincolnshire County Council is looking for an IT system that will allow different agencies to access and use information on anti-social behaviour incidents.

The council wants to implement a system that will “provide a means to record incidents, share information, [and] identify repeat vulnerable victims and perpetrators by locality”. A contract notice has been issued, seeking a commercial partner to implement and support such a system over the course of a three-year engagement.

Lincolnshire is seeking a technology that will “allow for a multi-agency approach to the management of cases”.

“It should be capable of being used as a generic information and case-management system as the partnership may, in the future, wish to extend usage to other areas, for example integrated offender management and domestic abuse,” the council added.

Potential suppliers have until 8 January to bid, with a contract scheduled to launch on 1 May 2018. The estimated value of the deal is £426,000.
